We celebrated the First Holy Communion of our candidates for the sacrament this year on Thursday May 17, 2012. In a lovely decorated church with the beautiful voices of both our children and the South Reward choir Father Bob and Father Miguel welcomed 22 of our students at the Table of the Lord. To their surprise they were allowed to experience Jesus in both bread and wine. We thank the good Lord for this beautiful day. A lot of pictures are available at school. Wednesday May 16, marked our first day of two days of Ateliers. Wednesday the 23rd the second day will be held. all students went to other groups to experience all kind of different techniques that were offered. A beautiful example was the batik led by teacher Hermien and teacher Ineke. In the pricture there are some proud particitpants of that atelier showing off their work.

Today the Champions League team from the Sister Magda faced Ruby Labega. Ruby Labega has been experiencing some difficulties this year but can boost one great player, their number 9 Shaquan Flanders. The first time the two teams meet this year was more or less a walk over but this time the team showed its progress and displayed some well organized soccer. It did, however, not reflect in the score that showed Sr. Magda continues dominance in the Champion League category
